Service Learning

The Central High School Service Learning program is a class in which students are given the opportunity to develop and execute projects that tackle an authentic need they see in their world.

Examples of past projects are: PACT, in which CHS students hosted a leadership conference for Middle School students from across the valley; Holiday Heroes, in which students collected clothing and gift donations from the community and hosted a day where over 400 families took the items they needed free of charge; students also create their own personal projects which help others in their school and community.

This class is supervised by Trey Downey during 6th block in room 106.

Stop by during that time or email with any questions!

Below are a list of opportunities which students can participate in if they would like to gain service hours in the hopes of getting a service letter for all of their hard work.
