CMU/CMU Tech Enrollment Information

CMU CONCURRENT APPLICATION/REGISTRATION:

TECH SCHOLAR, EARLY SCHOLAR OR HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLAR

You will need:

  • CHS Transcript
  • Social Security Number
  • SASID (State ID listed on transcript)
  • Counselor name and email address
  • SAT/PSAT

STEP 1

1.    Concurrent Student and Parent Agreement form: 2023-24 Concurrent Enrollment Agreement Form.pdf

STEP 2

  1. Type in: https://www.coloradomesa.edu/wccc
  2. Select the icon entitled: ‘5 Pathways’ (right side of the screen)
  3. Select Concurrent Application and Registration (left side of the screen)
  4. Choose option 1 “Fill out the Concurrent Student Application” for First-time Users (on the next screen)
  5. Make sure you select ‘High School Concurrent’ under Academic Program.
  6. Once completed, it should take you to ‘Create a New Application.
  7. MAKE SURE you select ‘Concurrent Student’ on the following screen. 
  8. Follow the instructions and finish the application!

STEP 3

Watch your email!  You will receive an email with a link a couple days after you apply.  You will then need to create a Mavzone account- If you don’t receive this in a few days, contact IRIS (CMU help desk) at 970-248-1177 and tell them you need the link to set up your Mavzone.

STEP 4

  1. Once your Mavzone is activated, use this form in your Mavzone:  https://forms.coloradomesa.edu/#/form/137
  2. Fill out all boxes
    1. SSID-State ID Listed on your transcript
    2. Social Security Number
    3. Spring 2023
    4. Central High School
  3. Check all boxes that you understand the statements.  If you have questions, email Kline Donley.
  4. Answer according to your class selection
  5. Attach your transcript in PDF form which you can download from Schoolinks

***ALL FORMS: You need to attach your transcripts to the form.  In the black menu bar at the end of the form, you will find the “attachments” and “submit” buttons

STEP 5

Sign up for the College Opportunity Fund here: https://cof.college-assist.org/ This authorizes your Colorado student stipend to be applied to your tuition. If you do not register here, you are responsible to pay the difference!
