Registration

1. Create a ParentVue account here: ParentVUE

2. Complete registration with your ParentVue account.

3. While registering, upload Birth Certificate, Immunization records, and proof of residency (MUST be a utility bill or rent/mortgage statement). If unable to do so at the time of registering, please email them to Meagan.Degroot@d51schools.org. If you have guardianship paperwork please email that to Meagan as well.

4. Fill out a Records Request English  or Records Request Spanish and send it to Meagan.Degroot@d51schools.org. If you have a copy of your transcript, please provide that, but we will still need to send a records request.

5. Once all documents have been received, your Counselor will be in contact to start building a schedule.
